Resumen


The competition that some companies are currently subjected, forces the managers to seek for immediate, economical but effective solutions to help them solve their
problems. Based on this, this project will do a web tool to facilitate the management processes of linking employees. It will help in the verification of the payment of benefits conditions including verification of overtime, of work performed, penalties and bonuses of each employee, which is easily accessible and
provides an economical and optimal instrument for an SME business and collaborates with the process in the human resources area.
